NEW FLEXIBLE SERVICE DROP OFF OPTIONS.

At Rolfe Classic MINI Garage.

We’ve adapted measures to protect your health and wellbeing, and that of our staff, while also ensuring we can provide a positive experience. This includes extensive sanitisation as well as the implementation of social distancing guidelines.

We are now offering three ways to drop your MINI off in the morning to avoid wait times and get you going faster.

3 WAYS TO DROP OFF AT ROLFE CLASSIC

1. MEET A SERVICE ADVISOR

After leaving your MINI with our valet and receiving a service ticket, sit down with one of our service specialists during a pre-scheduled 15 min appointment. We read your MINI key, and go through any outstanding issues you’d like to discuss. We provide an estimate face to face, and you’ll sign paperwork to authorise the dealership to work on your car. You’ll need to be on time for your appointment. You may wish to take advantage of the complimentary Rolfe Classic courtesy shuttle, just ask us for more details.

2. RECEPTION DROP AND GO

After leaving your MINI with our valet and receiving a service ticket, bring your keys to Reception, where we will confirm your contact details and obtain your signature for authorisation. This can take place before 10am on the morning of your service booking. Your Service Advisor will then call you after reading your MINI key, to discuss any outstanding issues, and to provide an estimate and obtain your approval over the phone. We can scan and email documents during the day where required.

You must have already made a Service booking. Please let us know which drop off alternative you’d like to choose at the time of booking.

3. AFTER HOURS KEY DROP

Park your car on Botany Street Phillip (opposite the BP) and walk around to the BMW Showroom entrance door on Melrose Drive. Place your MINI keys in the envelope provided, complete your contact details including signature, and drop your keys in the secure After Hours Key Deposit box. This can take place between 5.30pm the day before to 7.00am on the day of your booking (please note that council parking restrictions apply from 8.30am). Your Service Advisor will then call you after reading your MINI key, to discuss any outstanding issues, and to provide an estimate and obtain your approval over the phone. We can scan and email documents during the day if required.

2 WAYS TO PICK UP AT ROLFE CLASSIC

1. MEET WITH A SERVICE ADVISOR

Sit down with your service specialist at the time agreed, depending on when your MINI is ready for collection. Your Service Advisor will run through the work that has been conducted during the day and go through any issues in person, and take payment via EFTPOS. Your MINI is brought up by our valet team.

2. RECEPTION PICK UP

Pick up your keys and invoice from Reception, as your Service Advisor will have called you and run through your service and taken payment over the phone. Your MINI is brought up by our valet team. You’ll be on the road in no time
